- Pre-Vacuum all carpet, corners, and edges
- Pre-Spray with environmentally safe solution
- Spot Treat Stains
- Agitate soil to prepare for final extraction
- S.E.T.T. (Soil Extraction Transfer Technology)
- Groom carpet with Post Vacuum or Carpet Rake
- Carpet Post-inspection and Photograph

Sometimes carpets or fabrics can also become damaged by wear or other elements over time and spots are now permanent.
Other times, if household cleaners were already applied spots can also become permanent.
If you are not sure how to treat a spot, make sure you contact us before attempting to clean it.
Do not try to clean it using over-the-counter carpet cleaning products. While they may remove some of the stains, they also can permanently set stains making complete removal impossible.
