What payment methods do you take?

We need to be able to see all the areas we are cleaning.

Please turn on all lights and open the blinds before we arrive. We can’t clean what we can’t see and we want to do the best cleaning possible for you.

Do I need to vacuum before the crew arrives?

Please vacuum the areas to be cleaned before we arrive. Our process includes vacuuming but your vacuum will help us greatly.

Parking

Please leave space in your driveway closest to the entry of your home for our vehicle. 

How do you come up with a final price?

Based on what is needed to be cleaned, we may use a by-the-room or set cost per square foot. For text or phone estimates, usually, a rough estimate will get us close to the final cost. After arriving, I will make final measurements and determine the needed cost based on the level of cleaning needed and the surfaces to be cleaned.

How long will it take to clean my carpets?

On average, it will take approximately 20 to 30 minutes per room. This time can vary greatly depending on how soiled the carpets are and any necessary spot removal treatments.

Do you move furniture?

We ask that you move the items that you want off the floor prior to our arrival. You can put smaller items up on beds or couches, so we can cover more areas. We do not wish to be liable for moving larger pieces of equipment. We will put some sofas and chairs on sliders to allow us to move them when possible. We appreciate your understanding.

How long will it take for my carpet to dry?

If we are cleaning using the VLM (Very Low Moisture) process it will only take 90 minutes. If we need to deep clean with the hot water steam cleaning machine, it may take up to 24 hours. We will turn on ceiling fans and add air movers for airflow where possible. The ideal drying temperature to set the thermostat is 68-72 degrees. Air Conditioning in the summer helps pull moisture out of the air to dry carpets quicker.

Do you guarantee the removal of all spots or stains in the carpet?

We are very good at removing stains when we know what they are and when other products have not been used on them yet. Unfortunately, there are still substances that can permanently discoloration of the carpet fibers. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet fibers also play a factor in this. I will try to determine if this is the case prior to cleaning but I am not always able to know how treatment will help before trying to remove the spots. I do guarantee no spots returning – which means if a spot is removed, but comes back within 3 months of the cleaning, I insist that you let me know so I can return and take care of it.

Do I have to be home while you are cleaning?

No. As long as we have access to a hidden key or code, we just need to call and do a credit card payment over the phone prior to starting the job. We can take before and after pictures for you and text them to you along with emailing you a professional receipt.
